Park in lot 1 or 2. If you enter off of Algonquin Road, the Student and Administration Center will be straight ahead to the north upon making the turnoff into Harper. Parking lots 1 and 2 will be on your right and left respectively.


The Human Side of Technology Change

This presentation focuses on the importance of change management in preparing people for new process and system changes. Overall change management theories and best practices are presented, and then followed by specific challenges that organizations face in software process improvement and quality assurance initiatives. Case studies are used to further define these challenges and provide solutions for helping people integrate new changes into their roles and responsibilities.

Michael Hughes, The Revere Group
Michael Hughes has more than 8 years experience in areas of Change Management/Organization Development. Michael's areas of expertise include communication design and development, organizational, cultural and change management capability analyses, leadership development and coaching, as well as project management. Michael currently works for The Revere Group, an e-business solutions provides, where he serves as the National Solution Center Leader of Change Management.
Michael holds his Master's degree in the field of Organization Communication and Behavior. He is a current member of the Organization Development Network (ODN) and also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior at Elmhurst College.
