Practical Aspects of Software Process Improvement

Implementing a Software Process Improvement program has been recognized by industry as the key to successful and quality product development. Organizations, in the process of applying and institutionalizing software process improvement programs, often search for the best available practices in the areas of their needs. This track is organized to discuss several aspects of software process improvements programs. Presenters will speak on the mechanism that their individual organizations have used, in dealing with their respective topics, for a successful implementation. Results from those process improvement implementations will also be provided and discussed.
